Our team reviews your submissions against the current opportunity set. We come back within 48 hours with the candidates we'd like to move forward with.
You make the warm intro
For selected candidates, we ask you to do a warm introduction — a quick personal note connecting the candidate to Refery.
We take it from here
Our team verifies fit and begins matching with clients. You don't need to do anything after the intro.

What you earn
Referral bonus per successful hire
$10K – $25K
Per placed candidate, depending on role seniority and total compensation. Refery retains a 10% platform fee — our cut is kept minimal so you keep the maximum.
$10K – $15K
Mid-level roles ($180–230K base)
$15K – $25K
Senior / Staff roles ($230K+ base)
